Paper Publication Opportunity

TAKE offers different opportunities to publish accepted and presented conference papers (abstracts): All abstracts will be included in the Book of Abstracts. All papers will be privately distributed among conference participants. Conference Proceedings with ISBN will be published. Authors can choose to have their paper included in the proceedings. Supporting journals (see below) may consider conference papers for publication. Selected papers need to be extended and adapted according to the journal’s requirements.

Who We Are What We Do?

The Abdulrahman Al-Sumait Memorial University (SUMAIT University) was built on the foundation of the former University College of Education Zanzibar (UCEZ) established in 1998 by a charity organization, Kuwait based Africa Muslims Agency (AMA/Direct Aid) founded in 1981.

SUMAIT University is a moderate progressive Higher Learning Institution which promotes morality, modesty, gender equality and Islamic Culture in shaping the individual life and developing the human resources for nation building. It advances knowledge, education, learning, research and community participation.

The University is proud of its national and internationally recruited academic staff with student population a mixture of international breeding from Tanzania and Africa at large.

The International Institute of Islamic Thought (IIIT) is a center of excellence in educational research and Islamic thought whose main interest is on carrying out evidence-based research in advancing education in Muslim Societies and the dissemination of this research through publication and translation, teaching, policy recommendations, and strategic engagements. The Institute was established as a non-profit 501(c)(3) non-denominational organization in the United States of America in 1981. The headquarters are in Herndon, Virginia, in the suburbs of Washington DC.
